Poemtura on the Mute Swan (Cygnus Olor) April 19, 2017 Ranganatha Sitaram Poems with Paintings, Uncategorized Leave a comment If there was a misnomer You are its embodiment; Mute Swan You are hardly quiet. . You trumpet, you snore You grunt, you growl; After hisses and whistles You fly away with loud rhythmic sounds. . You are fearsome A big bully For you chase away Little ducks and geese. . Yet you are an elegant Pearly bird; Grand and graceful Much loved and admired. ~~~*~~~ Share this: Click to share on X (Opens in new window) X Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook More Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window) LinkedIn Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Like Loading...
