Ranga Sitaram
Patagonia is a pristine and an “otherworldly” place on earth, situated in the southern most part of South America, and governed in parts by Chile and Argentina. It covers almost 1 million Sq.Km of land and water mass including the Andes mountain ranges, lakes, glaciers and fjords, bounded by the Atlantic and Pacific oceans to the east and west, and the Antarctica to the south. It is home to different species of cameloids (E.g., the Llama), the famous wild horses of the region, and several species of birds and rodents. Having been there twice, Patagonia is what comes to my mind first when I think of Chile.
